Hello Beam inc. (“Beam”, “us”, “our” or “we”), provides software, website, and
reconciliation for blockchain record keeping and transaction analysis services (the
“Services”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use the information you
provide us while you are using our Services.


You acknowledge that this Privacy Policy is part of Hello Beam Inc.’s Terms of Use
(“Terms”). By using our Services, including accessing our software or websites, you
agree to be bound by both this Privacy Policy and the Terms. If you do not agree to
abide by both this Privacy Policy and the Terms, please do not use our Services. You
agree to continue to be bound by this Privacy Policy as it is updated from time to time.

Payment Processing Software (Stripe etc.) – If you pay for any Services with a credit
card, the payment will be processed by a credit card software processing company
(Stripe etc.);
AWS – Amazon Web Services’ (AWS) database service may be used to store Personal
Information; Google Analytics – The Site uses Google Analytics to generate reports on
how our website is being used.

We do not sell Personal Data. We may, however, share some Personal Data, as
permitted by law, and for our legitimate business purposes as follows:

with affiliates companies.
